Incredible Restorations gave us beyond outstanding service. They arrived the very day of our water damage! The techs that did the demolition set the fans and came almost every day to check the progress of the drying out, were each capable, friendly and polite. Every single visit we received a phone call to alert us that they would be coming out. We would highly recommend this company.

As a new home owner of a duplex, I was completely stressed out when I found that my upstairs tenant had caused water damage.Incredible Restorations came in and assessed the damage and explained the next steps quickly and in simple terms. They even showed the tenant's boyfriend the moisture readings in the apartment. Fortunately (or unfortunately), this was just less than my home insurance deductible.Even though I was at work on the day of the repairs, they went as far as personally delivering the keys to me where I was working, which gave me peace of mind compared to other companies leaving it under a rock or in the mailbox.Also really pleased that the removal of fans/mould could be scheduled on a weekend so I could get my birds out of the house for the day.In the end, they showed me all the photos of the entire process and sent them to me promptly after paying. I really appreciate the attention to detail and thoughtfulness.Honestly, this was an amazing experience from start to finish. It made even the most disastrous flood a little less nerve-wracking.I hope never to have this happen again, but if I do, I know that I can count on Incredible Restorations to do the job.
