We recently experienced water damage in our home, and were recommended Incredible Restorations through a friend.Our call was answered right away and we were fortunate enough to meet Chris, our project manager, who came to our home the very next day to assess the situation. He took the time to thoroughly explain to us what work needed to be done and outlined what the process would look like. Our insurance company also scheduled another restoration company to come out to have a look who we also met with. We were impressed right away with Chris, his knowledge and assurance, along with their high recommendations made it an easy choice to go with Incredible Restorations.They got to work right away and from start to finish, the contractors were reliable, professional, and most importantly, respectful of our home.Chris was amazing throughout the entire project and we felt like our home was in good hands. He kept us informed every aspect of the project and made himself available 24/7 to answer any questions we had. Chris and his team truly embody their name…they are AMAZING! Over the past two years, we encountered three water-related issues, and the most recent one was particularly challenging as we had to navigate the complexities of dealing with the insurance company. For three months, Chris supported us and advocated on our behalf. After enduring significant disruptions in our lives, with a family of four lacking a functional shower, his team rose to the occasion and completed the necessary work, following the insurance company's approval, in just ten days. This work included flooring, plumbing, tiling, wall patching, and painting. They truly lived up to the name Incredible, and my family is now enjoying a fully operational shower. Incredible Restorations was recommended to us by our strata after a previous water leak, it was a smaller job that went relatively quickly. So it only made sense that after another bigger water leak we’d call them up again. Chris Legault and his team were nothing short of amazing. He advocated on our behalf because our insurance company was absolute garbage, (that’s another story). We had a flood on June 27th at 7 pm on a Friday evening. My cousin gave me the number for Incredible Restorations, and I called them right away. Within an hour, they were at our home and immediately started the drying process. Had a flood at the worst possible time, causing a lot of stress.Zack from Incredible Restorations arrived quickly, assessed the affected areas with sophistacted tools, moisture sensing and thermal imaging tools. He was very knowledgeable, professional, and worked fast to get the emergency work complete. I was impressed with all of the Incredible Restoration staff. A very good bunch. They are highly skilled.
