Nobody asks for their condo to be flooded late one evening because an upstairs neighbour sets off a sprinkler system.But from the minute Incredible Restorations came on the scene, I was confident they knew what they were doing. They were professional, empathetic, and quickly assessed and stopped the damage. They made our unit as livable as possible given the situation and completed emergency repairs as soon as possible.No fault of Incredible Restorations, but the next 8 months was a nightmare of back and forth between the trifecta of kicking the can and finger pointing - the building's strata management, strata adjuster, and my personal insurance. For months they were a mix of unresponsive, vague, non-committal, or downright misleading. Frustrating doesn’t describe it.I call this out because I suspect Incredible Restorations gets undeserved heat directed at them for not moving on work when their hands are tied.When they finally got the approval to actually begin work, things moved at lightning speed and the process couldn’t have been more smooth.Work was completed in less than two weeks, and my unit now looks better than before. Arthur and team did a fantastic job, and the pack in/out lead by Trystyn totally exceeded our expectations - they were surgical in precision.Nobody wants to be in the situation of needing restoration services. But if you are, you are in good hands with Incredible Restorations.

Incredible restorations did a great job in repairing our suite from damage caused by a water leak . Their work was excellent and all the sub contractors they used were equally efficient, friendly, and went out of their way to make sure we were happy with their level of work . Both Matt and Zack were great as far as following up to ensure that we were content with the services provided . Incredible restorations worked on a tricky water leak, found the source, and got it figured out. Given dealing with myself and an unusual schedule plus tenants, work was done very quickly. Each step of the process I had photos sent to me, giving findings and confirmation as to continue with work. Worked scheduling with tenants and myself, job done quick and well. I really did like the updates, and confirmation on processing. Recommend yes
