After having to deal with the stress of a water leak in my kitchen coming from my neighbours up above and the disruption that caused to my daily activities I called Incredible Restorations. I am a council member of our Strata. Recently one of our units on the main floor had a water leakage that went out into the hallway and soaked our carpets. We called Incredible Restoration who came out first thing next morning. We had a few technicians over the next 3 working days and every one of them were on time, friendly, ready to explain things and always cleaned up after themselves. IR are a great company along with their staff. We don't hesitate to call on them.
